Services

From initial assessment to operation.

We plan, sell and deliver your server heating system and arrange its connection. We stay involved afterwards, with support for Compute Return, remote monitoring and a service package that includes an annual water change. We work with partners who know and understand our systems.

The process

From the first assessment to day-to-day operation.

01
Initial assessment
Tell us about your building, existing heating and any key details you already know. Within three working days, we will get back to you with an initial assessment and the next steps.
02
Project planning
We clarify heat demand, water and electrical connections, and access for delivery and installation. This forms the basis for the system design, a specific offer and a plan for the next steps.
03
Delivery and connection
We deliver the system and work with our partners to arrange water and electrical connections and commissioning. Our partners know the equipment and its requirements.
04
Operation
The system is remotely monitored and runs according to your heat demand. We support you with Compute Return and ongoing operation. Our service package includes one water change per year.
Installation

Integration designed for your project.

The server heating system transfers heat to the building through a separate primary circuit and a plate heat exchanger. Hydraulics, electrical connections, space requirements and interfaces are designed to suit the project.

We work with our own partners for delivery, connection and commissioning. They know our systems and understand what integration requires. We agree the necessary work, access and connections with you in advance.

Working together

Your system. Clear responsibilities.

We offer our server heating systems for purchase. Together, we find the right system for your building and your goals. Planning, integration and support are tailored to your project. Our offer sets out who does what and which services are included.

01
The right arrangement
We discuss your requirements, investment and the services you would like us to provide. We then prepare an offer for the purchase of your system, with planning, integration and support tailored to your project.
02
Support with Compute Return
We help you understand Compute Return and set up the process. The customer always pays for electricity. Who receives the revenue from the computing power and how it is allocated is agreed contractually for each project.
03
Monitoring and service
Your system is remotely monitored. For ongoing support, we offer a service package with one water change per year. We agree any further services and responsibilities with you.

Revenue can help cover running costs but is not guaranteed. Electricity prices, operating hours, the market and maintenance affect the economics. Our FAQ explains where the revenue comes from.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

The system is designed for continuous operation, but runs according to heat demand. If the building needs no heat, it switches off.
We offer the systems for purchase. The customer pays the ongoing electricity costs.
A buffer tank is generally recommended. Whether an existing tank can be used and what size is appropriate depend on the hydraulics, heat demand and operation.
The purchase price, integration and service are quoted for each project. There are also ongoing electricity and maintenance costs. After your enquiry, we discuss heat load, existing equipment and the site. We then clarify planning requirements and any site visit needed to prepare an offer. We do not promise a fixed saving or payback period.
